These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kodnext website and your interactions with us through this site. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Details for each project (scope, price, timeline, payment terms) are agreed individually in a proposal or contract.

3. Current legal form

At this stage, Kodnext is used as a brand name by a private individual. Work with clients may be handled through:

Civil law contracts (for example umowa o dzielo, umowa zlecenie)
Invoicing platforms such as Useme

This does not limit your contractual rights. The exact legal counterparty and invoicing details will always be clearly stated in the proposal or agreement for each project.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

Violate any applicable law
Infringe the rights of others
Disrupt or damage the website

You must not:

Try to gain unauthorised access to the site or servers
Introduce malware or other harmful code
Use automated systems (for example bots, scrapers) in a way that overloads or interferes with the site

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the website (text, graphics, layouts, logos, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Kodnext.

You may:

View the site
Print pages or save them for your own non commercial use

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute or reuse content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent

6. Client content and deliverables

If you become a client:

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you supply (text, images, data, logos) is lawful and does not infringe third party rights
You grant us a licence to use that content only as necessary to deliver the project

Ownership of final deliverables (for example website design, code, automation workflows) will be defined in your agreement. Typically, ownership passes to you after full payment, while we may keep a right to show non confidential work in our portfolio.

Fees and payment terms are agreed individually. They may involve:

Invoices issued personally
Invoices issued through a platform such as Useme
Staged payments linked to milestones

If payments are late, we may pause work or restrict access to deliverables until payment is received.

8. No guarantee of specific results

We aim to build high quality systems that support your growth, but we cannot promise specific commercial results such as a certain number of leads, revenue, search rankings or return on ad spend. Case studies and testimonials are examples, not guarantees.

9. AI and automation tools

Our services can include the use of AI and automation platforms (for example for lead routing, messages, scheduling, reporting). While we configure these tools carefully, their outputs may not always be perfect. You remain responsible for reviewing and using any content or decisions supported by these tools, especially in critical areas (for example legal, medical, financial advice).

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Kodnext is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill
The total liability for any claim related to the website or our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific project or service that gave rise to the claim

Our website and services may contain links or integrations with third party tools and sites (for example hosting, analytics, email providers, booking tools). We are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. The use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We may update the website and these Terms from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page with the latest effective date. If changes are significant, we may also highlight them on the site.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes related to these Terms or the website will be resolved by the competent courts in Poland, unless mandatory law requires another forum.
